Kit had a great post last week talking about the importance of holding space for feelings like grief with everything we are going through right now. Whether it is "grieving" the loss of your job, your identity, financial stability, future plans...this discomfort can sometimes seem inescapable and somewhat paralyzing. But what we believe is that by having a discussion about it, naming it, and reflecting, perhaps it can allow us to move forward with more meaning.
