What we have today is part one of an unintended, but awesome, two part series. Today, we sat down with Faculty member Sorcha Martin of Boston University’s DPT program, a very well known program in the Boston area for embracing a BPS model that influences their curriculum.
We sat down and had a great conversation about the strengths and shortcomings of "pain science" in curriculum, but more to a big picture about what values and themes emerge from embedding this type of material into their curriculum. We really focused on what values are most important for students to focus on when getting ready to be "entry level clinicians."
